Meet Coach Idalys

Experience that connects with young athletes.

Idalys Acosta has been involved in flag football for nearly a decade, beginning as a player and continuing to compete today. Through Acosta Athletics & Training, she is using her experience to help young athletes develop the skills, confidence, and understanding they need to grow in the game.

Her goal is to give back to the sport by creating opportunities for athletes, especially girls, in a game that continues to grow every year.
